2011 splittrades DFA-giganterna LCD Soundsystem och sedan dess har frontfiguren James Murphy figurerat på klubbar runt om i New York, London och Berlin. Tidigare i år kom ryktet om att LCD Soundsystem kommer att återförenas nästa år, enligt uppgifter kommer återföreningen att äga rum på Coachella 2016. Dessa har dock förnekats av representanter. Det återstår således att se huruvida LCD Soundsystem kommer att stå på en scen tillsammans eller inte igen.
