Christine McVie är återigen med i Fleetwood Mac

Fleetwood Mac får nygammal medlem. 

Det är mer än 15 år sedan som Christine McVie och Fleetwood Mac gick skilda vägar, men enligt Fleetwood Mac News bekräftade Mick Fleetwood under bandets spelning i Maui att hon är tillbaka. ”This is the worst kept secret there is, but Christine McVie will be rejoining Fleetwood Mac.” berättade Mick inför ett lyriskt publikhav i lördags.

När Christine McVie gästade en spelning i september började spekulationerna blossa upp och i samtal med The Guardian har hon uppgett följande: “I like being with the band, the whole idea of playing music with them,”  följt av “I miss them all. If they were to ask me I would probably be very delighted… but it hasn’t happened so we’ll have to wait and see.” Vilket fick Steve Nicks att svara “If Chris wants to come back to the band, I said to her, ‘It’s your band. I don’t really think you have to ask. Because it’s your band. McVie. Fleetwood Mac-vie? So, it all depends, Chris, on you. How you feel. Do you want to take this on again?’” förra året. Svaret blev helt enkelt ett ja.
