Rise Against The Machine

Det legendariska och politiska rockbandet Rage Against The Machines berömda frontman Tom Morello går samman med Tim McIlrath från Rise Against för den god saken. Tidigare i somras lirade Rise Against som en av gästerna på Rage Against The Machines alldeles egna festival L.A Rising. För tredje gången kickar Tom Morello igång en turné för att hjälpa andra, och offrar stora arena konserter mot mindre klubbspelningar, och med sig finns ett par vänner, däribland Tim McIlrath från Rise Against. Båda får sällskap av något äldre legendaren Wayne Kramer.

”There are two focuses for the tour. One is that all the money from the tour will go to the Nation Institute. It’s a tour that will promote independent media outlets that are not corporate-controlled. It’s news of the people, by the people. When I was in Wisconsin, the misrepresentation of what was going on [by mainstream media] was pretty staggering.”
