White Lies släpper nytt album

Bjuder fansen på melodiskt tredje album. 

Brittiska White Lies slog igenom 2009 med skivan To Lose My Life följde upp med mediokra Ritual och gör sig i skrivande stund redo för skiva nummer tre i ordningen. Storbritanniens radiovänligare alternativ till Interpol släpper sitt tredje album, ännu utan titel, i slutet av sommaren.

Bassisten Charles Cave låter sig intervjuas av NME om den kommande skivans ljudbilder:

”It’s a really melodic record, much more so than the last two. There’s still drama and depth but there’s a real sense of pleasure you can hear in some of these songs.”

Men det kommer gå att känna igen bandet även på nya skivan:

”But there is a pretty definitive White Lies sound, and whether that rears its head in an industrial and electronic palate of sounds like some of the tracks on the last album, or if it’s more in a lush and orchestral, pompous kind of thing like we occasionally do, it somehow manages to creep through.”
